The American Prospect welcomes unsolicited contributions.

Writers who wish to submit articles to the print publication are strongly encouraged to send brief query letters (500 words or less). We do not accept articles or parts of articles that have been published elsewhere. Features longer than 5,000 words will not be accepted.

Submissions should be sent by e-mail to: editors (at) prospect (dot) org. Make sure the subject line says "Submission." Please do not send submissions via snail mail.

Please briefly summarize your article proposal and your relevant experience. We try to acknowledge receipt of all submissions.
