Via Andrew Sullivan, this is a truly daring Beagle. And the look on his face when he gets to the top and has to think about what he's done is priceless.

If you follow the link, you'll see the beagle is a she. :)
actually, the look on the other dog's face is more telling.
he looks genuinely concerned and bemused by the whole situation.
like...."when will my jerky owner fix
the roof so my pal doesnt try to sneak out and get his paw caught in the barbed wire or dislocate his hip when he hits the ground."

Never mind, this version of the video didn't not have the same title as the original, which was 'Escape de Sofia.'

I like the guys left behind who look like they're saying,-now open this door.

Maybe she watched one too many Snoopy "WWI Flying Ace" cartoons? Hilarious.

Notice the "patching" above the door, and the bricks weighting the metal roof. I don't believe this is the first try at escape...

Between this and your link to the Death Star Canteen, I LOLed a lot yesterday. (I'm pretty sure I memorized all the lines to the sketch by now.)
I love YouTube (sometimes).

jacqueline, as another poster noted, it's pretty clear that this beagle does this reliably.

I also suspect the operator may not have been watching.

This is tremendously adorable. I'm glad the cute little dog wasn't hurt. Very strange to keep dogs in this kind of a hutch, anyhow.

'escape artiste'

Jacqueline--it's probably a camera the guy set up to record while he's not there so he'd know how his dogs are getting out. It never moves at all.
