Momma said wonk you out

RIP MICHAEL CRICHTON.

Whatever his eventual politics, I loved Crichton's books as a kid. They were tense and imaginative and futuristic and fun. Sadly, Crichton just died after a long struggle with cancer. So I want to take a moment to recognize the profound impact his work had on so many of us:

Too bad he became such a quack later on.

Too bad he became such a quack later on.

He dedicated the end of his life to preventing meaningful action on climate change, and in doing so is partially responsible for many, many future deaths.

I'll save my concern for those who truly deserve it.

Don't worry, he's going to be cloned in a theme park on an island off the coast of Costa Rica.

Amazing that you got to pull this comic out again. Will you wear your "No Velociraptor" t-shirt today in remembrance?

Good riddance to real excrement.
