What's funny is that four years ago, Republicans sincerely expected that when Bush left office we would be debating whether or not he was one of history's greatest presidents.
Well, in fairness to both Rove and Bush, the statment is eminently true if, as a part of one's sample, one is considering presidents of countries other than the United States.
