MCCAIN CONFUSES EVERYBODY ON IMMIGRATION.
Some conservatives are outraged over John McCain's off-the-record meeting with Chicago Latino leaders yesterday, at least a few of whom are further to the right on immigration than the Republican candidate himself. The AP reports:
"He's one John McCain in front of white Republicans. And he's a different John McCain in front of Hispanics," complained Rosanna Pulido, a Hispanic and conservative Republican who attended the meeting.Pulido, who heads the Illinois Minuteman Project, which advocates for restrictive immigration laws, said she thought McCain was "pandering to the crowd" by emphasizing immigration reform in his 15-minute speech.
"He's having his private meetings to rally Hispanics and to tell them what they want to hear," she said. "I'm outraged that he would reach out to me as a Hispanic but not as a conservative."
On immigration, I don't think either the right or left should trust McCain as far as they can throw him. After initially supporting the DREAM Act, which would give children brought into the United States illegally by their parents the right to qualify for public college loans and in-state tuition, McCain changed course last fall and said he'd oppose DREAM in the future. His new priority, he told the press, was border security. But there's no reason why increasing security at the border can't be implemented alongside a law that would stop penalizing children for their parents' actions. If McCain has any enduring principles on immigration at this juncture, they're impossible to discern.

McCain is for building the border security fence. Obama said he would stop it. Obama came out against the bush administration ignoring the enviornmentalists to continue the construction. As President Obama said he will immediately halt the construction of the barriers and the fence on the border. McCain will let it continue. The fence is showing effects of reducing immigration in these areas. I don't understand why pro border control people are beating up on McCain so much with so much at stake in this election. I think these people have already caused McCain's defeat and all of us will have to suffer the consequences. Obama blamed Lou Dobbs and Rush Limbaugh for doubling the hate crimes in America. Which is a lie. The hate crimes haven't doubled.

The reality is that immigration legal or otherwise needs to stop. I do not understand why U.S. citizens are so naive regarding this issue. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the only beneficiaries of immigration is business . As a average Joe, what personal or financial gain do I receive from immigration? Answer: None. I view it as business would look at a issue, Liabilities vs. Benefits. My wages are depressed and I have to compete for work with a revolving door of immigrants. This is by design to maintain a sustainable lower wage and benefits so that wall street and global corporation can make millions of dollars. My voice in government is disenfranchised while our corporate congress is catering to special interests and ethnic voting blocks. With amnesty on the horizon, my voice will be competing with 12 to 20+ million illegal aliens that have broken the law. Is this fair? The middle class and working poor will never be heard from again. This too is by design. We don't need free trade agreements we need trade tariff's and barriers. I don't care if U.S. companies can't compete with third world labor markets that have no middle class. Let them move there companies to those countries and cheap labor markets. Corporations want there cake and eat it to. To hell with them I say. Stop all immigration.

Overpopulation, congestion, urban sprawl, vanishing farm land and green space, diminishing resources, crumbling infrastructure, overcrowded schools and emergency rooms, lack of affordable housing, crime, pollution, depressed wages, increased tax burdens, the balkanization of our communities, the overall decline in quality of life, are all the result of unconstrained immigration. Too many people competing for limited resources!
There is no problem confronting America's Citizens that would not be measurably improved by securing our borders and enforcing our immigration laws.
Assertions that there are jobs that Americans' won't do, or that there will be a worker shortage defy all logic. American Citizens did every job before the crushing influx of immigration changed the rules. Plain and simple businesses and employers don't like having to compete for the workers they need.
Suggestions that there won't be enough workers are dangerously misguided, particularly in our overpopulated nation. America has been considered population stable for decades. Births to American Citizens is equal to the number of deaths of American Citizens.
Even if all immigration were stopped tomorrow, our nation would never be any less overpopulated than it is right now! There would never be any fewer working age adults in our population.
Too many people competing for diminishing resources is not sound economic, environmental, social or cultural policy!
Arguments that there will be a shortage of workers are merely the histronics of businesses trying to drive wages and benefits even lower. These assertions are based on outdated and unsustainable social security and social services models and are intended to justify even more population and further increase tax burdens on America's tax payers.
Virtually every industrialized nation, including China, Mexico, and most recently the entire Europen Union has taken steps to end illegal immigration, and to curtail legal immigration to only that which is prudent, demonstrably necessary, and above all other considerations, in the best interests of their native populations. It's dangerous to suggest that the United States should not do likewise!

The AP article mentioned here missed a few critical things.
One thing in particular Ms. Pulido said that was quite disingenuous, "I have friends in Washington, DC, on this issue."
She actually has an employer in Washington DC that she failed to disclose.
Pulido is a field staffer for the controversial Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), the oldest and most influential nativist organization in the country.
FAIR has continued to come under scrutiny for receiving more than $1.2 million from a white supremacist foundation and employing white nationalists.
Pulido herself has been widely condemned for anti-Catholic statements she's made in Chicago.

John McCain is a true independent maverick leader, and sees both sides of every issue!

Mr. Burghart:
FAIR is not a "nativist" (aka 'racist' organization which you are implying). Far from it. They are one of the main groups (including NumbersUSA, ALIPAC and CIS) that are effectively getting the truth out to the American people as to the huge burden and negative impact that illegal aliens have on our nation. But that disturbs you, doesn't it...the truth.
If you want to point out "nativist" (racist organizations), then start with these:
La Raza "The Race", MEChA, LULAC, MALDEF, CHIRLA, ACORN, CASA, El Pueblo, La Voz de Atzlan, Zapatista Army of National Liberation and Mexicanos Sin Fronteras (Mexicans Without Borders).

McCain advisor is former Mexican Cabinet member
McCain’s “Hispanic Outreach Director”, Juan Hernandez, is the same guy who was a close advisor to Mexico’s President Vicente Fox! Hernandez headed up a Mexican bureaucracy called the “Presidential Office for Mexicans Abroad.” It was designed to allow Hernandez to travel across the country, meddling with local, state, and federal immigration enforcement on behalf of millions of illegal aliens in America. Prior to aligning with the campaign staff, Hernandez has been serving in McCain’s Reform Institute as a Senior Fellow of the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Initiative.
Hernandez has worked for years lobbying U.S. governors to issue drivers’ licenses to illegal aliens living in their respective states. While in his official role for the Mexican government, he pressured Western Union to lower or drop altogether their fees for wire transfers for illegal aliens sending money back home to Mexico.
Hernandez is an ardent supporter of the re-conquest by Mexico of the American Southwest, and hosted lectures on the subject at the Center for U.S.-Mexico Studies in Dallas which he founded in 1995. He once told Congressman Tom Tancredo (R-CO) that the North American Southwest “is not two countries, it’s just a region.”
U.S. born dual citizen Juan Hernandez is notorious for having said of Mexican Americans on Nightline on June 7, 2001, “I want the third generation, the seventh generation, I want them all to think Mexico first.”
Does John McCain agree that they should always “think Mexico first?” With Hernandez as his “Hispanic Outreach Director”, who began serving last year, I don’t think there is any question. Is there any reason that anyone should think open borders fanatic Dr. Hernandez wants President McCain to secure the border? Is there any reason that anyone should trust a man to secure the border if he is getting his “Hispanic Outreach” advice from Dr. Juan Hernandez? Is there any reason why anyone should not think that John McCain is committed to giving amnesty to the 20 million illegal aliens in America?
Hernandez also said to the Associated Press in 2001, "I never knew the border as a limitation. I'd be delighted if all of us could come and go between these two marvelous countries."
Two poignant quotes below are from Hernandez’s 2007 (propaganda) book, “The New American Pioneers”:
“There are twenty million people, like myself, who have one foot in Mexico and one foot in the United States, and we're very proud of it.”
“We must not only have a free flow of goods and services, but also start working for a free flow of people."
Be aware John McCain supporters. One of his closest advisors is a former Mexico cabinet member. As well as a globalist, open borders, illegal alien advocate, amnesty demanding dual citizen with his allegiance given to Mexico.

Currently, there are 193 recognized countries in the world. All 193 of those countries have established immigration policies. All 193 of those countries view illegal entry into their country as a crime. Therefore, all 193 countries take the stance that illegal immigration is a violation of their national sovereignty and is not conducive to their well being. Nor is to be tolerated. The U.S. is one of those 193 countries. Should we not agree with the entire rest of the world?
There has not been a single problem solved in the world by adding millions of people into the mix. Adding unchecked population has always, historically, exacerbated ongoing problems and created new ones.

Immigration has direct massive negative consequences on today's and yesterdays economy. The new President will enact a massive AMNESTY, that promotes an open-door solution for millions more to come; compliments of the Globalists. McCain, the globalist has already stated to the Hispanic caucuses he will promote a path to citizenship. While Obama has never hesitating that he would introduce a new Comprehensive immigration reform package. If McCain or Even Obama thinks he is going to force a massive Amnesty on the hard pressed taxpayers. To support between 15 to 38 million illegal foreign national labor, they are going to have monolithic battle on their hands. Already Americans are forced to pay for free health-care, education, and wide spectrum of cornucopia of state and federal welfare programs. How come citizens and legal entrants who are denied many programs, but illegal squatters in our nation get special preference? Why should American subsidizing a war, be forced to forfeit their meager wages to underwrite the low incomes of illegal aliens who broke our laws. Why should this countries legal population underwrite corporate welfare for business to make huge profits. Our nation already admits more immigrants to this land than any other country, and runs 10 guest worker programs that in many cases are exploited by parasite employers.
A few states now are representing the American taxpayers, such as Arizona, Georgia, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Rhode Island, instead of the special interest lobby. It's taken forty years of complete inattention or betrayal by Washington and timid Governors, Mayors, judges and their lieutenants. Now they must face up to the fact that the majority of taxpayers are sick and tired, of being a welfare system for big business who hire cheap illegal labor. Read the facts at NUMBERSUSA.

Liberal race-engineers are simply tired of the democratic will of the American people, weary of watching whitey thwart their utopian plans to dominate and totally revolutionize American society, transforming it into a hard-left paradise on earth. The only way around the American people is ethnic cleansing of them so that they are no longer the majority. In this grand eugenicist nightmare, the ranks of metrosexual Leninists are de facto stooges of Big Business, which wants an Orwellian-disciplined workforce and an end to the rule of the people.
The only obstacles these nihilists face are the democratic will of the American people, the Constitution, and four hundred years of American tradition crowning a couple millennia of Western Civilization. Oh, that and tens of millions of Americans willing to fight for their survival as individuals and as a people.

"Pulido is a field staffer for the controversial Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), the oldest and most influential nativist organization in the country."
Does that mean they advocate the interests of American Indians?

Both McCain or Obama are going to swamp America, with another AMNESTY proposal. That will legalize millions that taxpayers will be forced to support. Then millions more from third world countries will hop the border, looking for free handouts and nothing on earth will stop the rush.
We must get our Democratic representatives to sponsor the Federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088) But right now Backroom discussions continue on whether to de-fund effective efforts that deter illegal immigration
U.S. House leaders continue to gauge whether next Tuesday (June 24) they can escape public wrath if they take funding away from a couple of the most effective enforcement procedures resulting in illegal aliens leaving the country.
No. 1: 287(g) program allowing and equipping local agencies to arrest and detain illegal aliens of all kinds.
No. 2: Arrests of any illegal alien encountered while looking for criminal alien fugitives.
You can continue to phone committee members at 202-224-3121, asking for expanded funding for the 287(g) program for local immigration enforcement.
